Whistleblowing

whistleblowing

Giuliani has implemented dedicated whistleblowing channels to encourage effective reporting.

We welcome and encourage reports of alleged violations or non-compliant behavior, and/or information that may constitute a criminal offense or otherwise involve inappropriate, improper, or allegedly non-compliant conduct with the principles set out in the Code of Ethics, company policies and procedures, and the laws and regulations applicable to the Group (including the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 for Italy).

The Whistleblowing system represents a crucial tool for detecting and preventing potential violations, allowing employees, external collaborators, suppliers, and other stakeholders to confidentially and securely report non-compliant conduct, fraud, abuse, or any other suspicious activity that could compromise Giuliani’s values and ethical standards.

Reporting non-compliant conduct is essential to our commitment to transparency, integrity, and fairness in all our actions. All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will be subject to careful and impartial investigation.

We encourage anyone who becomes aware of or suspects non-compliant conduct to report it through our Whistleblowing channels. Your cooperation is essential to ensuring that our company remains aligned with its core values of transparency and integrity.

We are committed to protecting employees, collaborators, and business partners who report violations in good faith. No form of retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who submits reports in accordance with our principles and applicable laws.
